Axion AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our") built ClariFi to run entirely on your device. This privacy policy explains what information the app accesses, how it uses that information, and how your data stays under your control.

All document processing, translation, and AI analysis happens entirely on your device using locally installed software. No internet connection is required after initial setup. Your documents never leave your phone.
The only network activity during normal use is downloading a language pack (~30MB) the first time you select a new translation language. No document content or personal data is included in this request.
When you earn a ClariFi certificate (by completing a quiz), you may choose to generate a verifiable credential. Here is exactly what happens:
The blockchain record contains no personally identifiable information. It cannot be used to identify you or reconstruct your documents.
ClariFi includes a local document vault where you can save scanned documents. All vault data is stored locally on your device, never synced to any cloud service, and deleted when you uninstall the app or manually clear documents.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play or Apple — Axion AI does not collect or store your payment information.
ClariFi does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.
