The short version: Imuni stores all vaccination records and growth data entirely on your device. No child health information is ever transmitted to Axion AI or any third-party server.

Axion AI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built Imuni to run entirely on your device. This privacy policy explains what information the app accesses, how it uses that information, and how your data stays under your control.

2. Children’s Data — Special Protections

Imuni is designed to help parents and caregivers track their children’s health. We take children’s data privacy seriously:

All child data stays on your device. No child health information is ever sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.
Per-profile encryption. Each child’s data is stored in a separate encrypted container using AES-256 encryption with HKDF-derived keys. Even if the device is shared, profiles are isolated from each other.
No identifiers leave the device. We do not collect device IDs, advertising IDs, or any identifier linked to your child.
COPPA / GDPR-K compliance by architecture. Because no data is collected or transmitted, Imuni meets the strictest children’s privacy standards by design — there is nothing to collect.

3. On-Device Processing

All vaccine schedule logic (WHO Expanded Programme on Immunization and national variants for India, Kenya, and Nigeria) runs entirely on your device. Growth percentile calculations use WHO LMS reference tables bundled with the app. No internet connection is required for any core feature.

4. Vaccine Reminders

Imuni can send local notifications to remind you of upcoming vaccinations. These notifications are generated entirely on your device using the local notification system. No reminder data is sent to any server. You can disable reminders in your device’s notification settings at any time.

5. Biometric & PIN Authentication

You may enable biometric (fingerprint or face) or PIN authentication to protect access to the app. Authentication is handled by your device’s secure enclave — Axion AI never sees or stores your biometric data or PIN.

6. Shared Devices

Imuni is designed for shared device environments common in many households:

Each child profile is encrypted independently — accessing one profile does not expose another.
Biometric or PIN lock prevents unauthorized access to the app.
Clearing data from Settings permanently and irreversibly deletes all profiles and records from the device.

7. In-App Purchases (Sparks)

Core features — vaccine schedules, growth charts, and a basic health card — are always free. Some features (formatted health card PDF, vaccine reminders, additional child profiles) require Sparks. Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play or Apple — Axion AI does not collect or store your payment information.

8. No Account Required

Imuni does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.

9. Advertising

Imuni may display ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are shown only on non-health screens and never during vaccination tracking or growth monitoring. Banner ads appear only when your device is connected to WiFi in select regions. You may also choose to watch a rewarded video ad to earn Sparks — this is always optional and user-initiated.

AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. This is the only data that leaves your device, and it is collected by Google — not by Axion AI. No health data, child information, or vaccination records are ever shared with ad providers.

Imuni is a parent-maintained vaccination and growth record tool. It does NOT provide medical advice or diagnosis. Vaccine schedules are based on WHO and national guidelines but should always be confirmed with your healthcare provider. Growth charts are for tracking purposes only — if you have concerns about your child’s development, consult a qualified health professional.

12. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

Access & deletion: Clear all data from Settings, or uninstall to remove everything.
Portability: Export your child’s health card as a PDF from within the app.
Per-profile deletion: Delete individual child profiles without affecting others.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Imuni evolves. We will post the updated policy at this URL and update the effective date.
