  ClariFi is free to download. Some features require Sparks — our in-app micro-payment credit. All document processing happens entirely on your device. No documents or personal data are ever transmitted to our servers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using ClariFi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ClariFi is a mobile application published by Axion AI LLC that helps users scan, translate, and comprehend important documents — including financial, legal, and medical paperwork — using on-device AI. Users may earn verifiable certificates by completing comprehension quizzes. All core document processing runs entirely on your device; no internet connection is required for scanning, translation, or quiz features.

3. Free Features

The following features are available at no cost:

Document scanning and OCR (text extraction)
Translation into your selected language (first language pack download requires internet)
Viewing your saved documents

4. In-App Purchases — Sparks

Some features require Sparks, ClariFi's in-app credit. Sparks are purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Current Sparks packs and pricing are displayed in the app and are subject to change.

Features that consume Sparks include:

Generating flashcards from a scanned document
Taking a comprehension quiz
Earning and anchoring a verifiable certificate to the blockchain

Sparks are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy. All payment processing is handled by Google Play or Apple — Axion AI does not store your payment information.

5. Sparks Earned Through Sharing

You may earn Sparks by sharing ClariFi with others:

Share reward: Share ClariFi using the in-app share button and receive +5 Sparks when the share sheet is dismissed. Limited to 2 rewarded shares per calendar day.
Welcome reward: New users receive +5 Sparks automatically on their first launch of the app.

Earned Sparks are stored in your local wallet on-device. They have no cash value and are not transferable.

6. Verifiable Certificates & Blockchain

Upon completing a comprehension quiz, you may generate a verifiable certificate. By doing so, you acknowledge:

A cryptographic hash of your certificate is permanently written to the Polygon blockchain. This action cannot be undone.
The hash contains no personal data, no document content, and cannot be used to identify you.
The certificate reflects your engagement with the document — not a professional qualification, legal determination, or medical opinion.
Third parties who verify your certificate are solely responsible for determining its relevance or sufficiency for their purposes. Axion AI makes no representations about how certificates will be received or used by third parties.

7. Important Disclaimers

Not professional advice. ClariFi helps you understand documents — it does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. Translations and summaries are generated by AI and may contain errors. Do not rely on ClariFi output as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always consult a lawyer, financial advisor, or doctor for decisions that affect your legal rights, finances, or health.

AI-generated flashcards, summaries, and quiz questions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or miss important nuances in complex documents. Use ClariFi as a comprehension aid, not as a definitive source.

8. Privacy

Your documents and personal data are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. Please review our full Privacy Policy before using the app.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and assets within ClariFi are the property of Axion AI LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

Documents you scan remain your property. ClariFi does not claim any rights to your documents or their content.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClariFi to:

Scan or process documents you do not have the right to access
Attempt to circumvent Sparks requirements through exploits or abuse of the sharing reward system
Use the app in any way that violates applicable law

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axion AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ClariFi, including reliance on AI-generated translations, summaries, or quiz content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Sparks in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClariFi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI-generated content, or non-infringement.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as ClariFi evolves. We will post the updated Terms at this URL and update the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
