By downloading or using Imuni, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. Imuni is designed for use by parents and caregivers to track children’s health records. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
Imuni is a mobile application published by Axion AI LLC that helps parents and caregivers track their children’s vaccination schedules and growth milestones. The app shows which vaccines are due, overdue, or completed based on WHO and national immunization schedules (India, Kenya, Nigeria). It also tracks weight and height against WHO growth percentile charts and generates a printable health card PDF. All processing runs entirely on your device — no internet connection is required for any core feature.

Some features require Sparks, Imuni’s in-app credit. Sparks are purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Current Sparks packs and pricing are displayed in the app and are subject to change.

Sparks are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy. All payment processing is handled by Google Play or Apple — Axion AI does not store your payment information.
You may earn Sparks by sharing Imuni with others:
Earned Sparks are stored in your local wallet on-device. They have no cash value and are not transferable.
Imuni does not replace your child’s official immunization card or medical records. Always bring your official health card to clinic visits.
Imuni relies on information you enter. Axion AI is not responsible for errors in vaccination dates, growth measurements, or other data you record. The app calculates vaccine due dates and growth percentiles based on WHO reference data, but these calculations should be verified by your healthcare provider.
All child health data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. Please review our full Privacy Policy before using the app.
All content, design, code, and assets within Imuni are the property of Axion AI LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
Health records you create remain your property. Imuni does not claim any rights to your data.
You agree not to use Imuni to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axion AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Imuni, including but not limited to missed vaccinations, incorrect growth calculations, or reliance on the app as a substitute for professional medical advice. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Sparks in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Imuni is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of vaccine schedule calculations, or non-infringement.
We may update these Terms as Imuni evolves. We will post the updated Terms at this URL and update the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
